We explore how eukaryotic chromosomes are replicated in the S phase of the cell cycle. Specifically, we are interested in determining how eukaryotic replication machines operate on chromatin and how this is regulated. We are using genetic and cell biological methodologies, and, importantly, biochemical reconsitution to analyse these questions in detail. Read more...
