The BMC joins the festivities in Martinsried
With a lively program on Saturday, May 18, the town of Martinsried celebrated the inauguration of its newly constructed Martinsplatz. The BMC, together with the Biocenter, the Max Planck Institutes and the IZB, was included in the festivities and represented the Campus Martinsried at a designated information booth. Visitors were interested and inquisitive, taking the opportunity to observe neurons in biological samples with foldable microscopes, to examine a life-like brain model and to ask many questions. Children received green BMC balloons, a bright addition to the already colorful festivities.
