It’s Christmas time at the BMC

The heavy onset of winter at the beginning of December with its masses of snow and freezing rain not only paralyzed trains, buses and the airport, but in many places there was also no getting through for St. Nicholas. This was also the case at the BMC, where the "market square" and Christmas tree disappeared under a thick blanket of snow. Without further ado, the traditional St. Nicholas market was postponed from December 5th to 13th and thus became a Christmas market. Fortunately, St. Nicholas did not miss the opportunity to drop by anyway. Santa Claus turned up as a surprise guest, and together they loudly proclaimed the good news of the power of community - or simply "Everybody needs somebody". Of course, they also brought presents for the children. The BMC community brought the year to a close together with mulled wine, punch, sweets and hearty treats.
