We explore the molecular underpinnings of brain aging and Alzheimer's disease, with a particular focus on vascular amyloids and innate immunity. Our methods include molecular profiling, biochemistry, histology as well as in vivo imaging and behavioural analysis in animal models. We use human tissue to corroborate our findings. Read more...
