City Cycling 2021
Once again this year, a BMC team pedaled for climate protection as part of the City Cycling campaign of Planegg. From June 27 to July 17, the 51 BMC cyclists led by team captain Rico Schieweck collected a total of 8,460 kilometers and thus saved 1,244 kg of CO2. With their remarkable joint effort, the BMC team made an important contribution to the great success of the climate protection campaign in Planegg. With a total of 105,475 kilometers cycled, the municipality occupies an excellent third place in the district of Munich. Among the campus teams, the Max Planck Institute team came out on top this year – Challenge accepted for 2022!
