Monopol München presents “Human Nature” followed by discussion on November 26

On 7 November, the documentary “Human Nature” will be released in Germany. The film explains the molecular bases of the CRISPR technology, how it was discovered and revolutionized gene technology in the 21st century. The enormous possibilities, but also the risks CRISPR bears are discussed. The technology’s unprecedented potential to manipulate the genome of any living creature challenges our society with complex ethical questions and opens a debate affecting each and everyone of us.

On 26 November at 7 p.m., the Monopol München screens the documentary and invited experts in the field for a discussion. The invited experts are:
