Advent 2020 at the BMC
In 2020 everything is different, especially this holiday season. Our traditional BMC Christmas Market cannot take place and St. Nicolas and his Bavarian sidekick Krampus are forced to shelter at home. However, they insisted on sending the BMC employees a message at the end of this extraordinary year – typically for 2020, a virtual one. The link to their message can be found here: St. Nicolas' video message. The message is in German. An English translation is provided in the PDF below, however, it does not rhyme.
In addition to the virtual message, St. Nicolas and Krampus, together with 24 office window dressers, conjured up the first BMC Advent calendar. Since the 1st of December, numbers shine from 24 illuminated windows into the BMC courtyard. Each day at nightfall, a number is removed and replaced by a letter. What message might these letters reveal?
