„Animal welfare at lunchtime“ – Virtual seminar

The Core Facility Animal Models (CAM) invites all interested to a virtual seminar on “Optimizing colony management for transgenic and mutant rodent colonies” on 29 September at 1 p.m. The seminar is organized in collaboration with Charles River. Registration is required.

Relevant colony management practices strongly contribute to research data reproducibility, 3Rs and cost savings. During the seminar, different scenarios that may be encountered when breeding an animal colony are discussed. Relevant tools are presented that can be used to anticipate or solve problems so that you can move forward with your research in a fast and safe manner.

  • Embryology tools
  • Lines refreshment
  • 3Rs
  • Molecular testing
  • Genotyping

Speaker: Jean Cozzi, PhD, Innovation Manager, Genetically Engineered Models and Services, Charles River
